Australia Telangana Forum (ATF) is a non-profit organization devoted to the awareness, promotion, and preservation of the unique culture and traditions of Telangana. Formed in 2016, the organization intends to unify the Telangana NRIs/ Telangana Associations across Australia, develop bondage among the community to retain the unique culture and traditions of Telangana and pass it on to future generations. Australian Telangana Forum (ATF) will involve actively in communities where we live-in and undertake wide range of voluntary activities to help strengthen the communities.
"Build a STRONG and COHESIVE Telangana Diaspora that contributes and strengthens multi-cultural Australia through Telangana Arts and Culture" ATF is a secular, apolitical and transparent organisation with its volunteer members strongly believing in a cohesive 'outcome focussed' approach to achieve outstanding results for the benefit of the Telangana Community.
ATF’s express objective is to carry out community support activities in all spheres of life with effective leadership. This includes (but is not limited to):
• To promote Telangana Culture in Sydney and Australia
• To participate and support 29th State of Telangana developmental activities
• To support socio-economic development of the people of Telangana
Community living in Sydney, Australia
• To encourage children to participate in social and cultural events
• Building a strong diaspora for Telangana in Australia by bringing together and
working with all like-minded Telugu associations
• Establishing a Centre of Excellence for learning and promoting all forms of
Telangana Arts including dance, music, literature, drama and sports
